Report a site clone
Someone copied PPV++'s code, design, or branding.
File a takedown notice
Report a copyrighted work streamed through the site.
1. What this policy covers
PPV++ responds to two different kinds of copyright claims: content streamed through the site that you believe infringes your rights, and sites that have copied PPV++'s own code, design, or branding and are presenting it as their own, sometimes with small tweaks to the name, colors, or layout to disguise the copy.
2. Reporting a clone of this site
If you find a site running a copy of PPV++'s code or design (reskinned, renamed, or otherwise lightly modified to look like an original product), send us the clone's URL along with whatever makes the copying clear: matching HTML/CSS, matching component structure, reused copy, or identical layout and behavior.
We'll review it and, where we can identify a host or registrar, file a takedown with them directly.
3. Filing a standard DMCA takedown notice
If you're reporting infringement of a copyrighted work (not a site clone), your notice needs to include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (a URL, timestamp, or screenshot) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
4. Counter-notification
If content you posted or operate was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the same identifying information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed in error, and consent to jurisdiction in the applicable federal court.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts and streams tied to repeated, substantiated infringement claims will be removed. This applies separately from the account-level enforcement described in our Terms.
Send notices to support@ppv.tv. Incomplete notices may take longer to process.
